Submit a Manuscript

JHET Details:

1. The JHET is a blind peer reviewed journal.
2. The JHET will be an online journal, with an open issue, open access and there will be quick publication upon acceptance. Publication occurs within 3 weeks of acceptance.
3. The first issue was Year 2010, Volume 1, Issue 1.
4. The JHET will be referenced in ERIC, PubMed, and other appropriate reference search engines.
5. Articles published in the JHET will be registered with the Library of Congress of the US Government and its LOC Catalog of Publications.
6. Submission charges are as follows:
7. Free for a traditional 3 month/12 weeks review process.
8. $100.00 for an expedited 2 month/8 weeks review process.
9. $250.00 for a fast track review of 1 month/4 weeks or less.
10. There is no charge for a re-submission, unless the author(s) wish to have a speedier second or third review than their original review request.
11. Only PayPal is accepted for the review charges. No personal checks or cashiers checks are accepted.
